Terms of Service

Your booking is confirmed by a formal Tour Contract issued by Eternal China Tours, accompanied by official receipts in compliance with Chinese tourism law. The contract lists your itinerary, inclusions, hotels and payment schedule, so both sides know exactly what was promised.

The deposit amount and balance schedule are stated in your Tour Contract — nothing is charged before it is agreed in writing.

We accept Bank Wire Transfer, Alipay, WeChat Pay and Stripe (credit/debit cards). Fees and settlement times are detailed on our Payment & Confidentiality page. All payments go through our corporate business accounts, and every transaction comes with official receipts.

• Refund channel — we refund via your original payment method: Stripe back to the same card, wire transfer back to the same account, Alipay/WeChat back to the same wallet.
• Deductions — if the cancellation is client‑initiated, gateway fees (e.g. 5% Stripe) are non‑refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Processing time — refunds are initiated within 7 business days after we receive your written cancellation request.

• By us — if a supplier fails or circumstances change, we substitute equivalent services and inform you before departure whenever possible.
• By you — reasonable adjustment requests are accommodated where suppliers allow; any supplier‑imposed charges are passed through at cost, with receipts.

For events beyond anyone's control — natural disasters, government restrictions, epidemics — we work to reschedule your journey or recover costs from suppliers on your behalf, and we refund whatever we recover. No fine print games.

Eternal China Tours is responsible for delivering the services stated in your Tour Contract. We are not liable for matters outside those contracted services, such as international flights to China, visa decisions, or personal expenses. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for every traveller.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, including its tourism law. Should a dispute ever arise, we settle it amicably first — that has always been, and will remain, our way.
