Stripe's 5% gateway fee is added automatically at checkout. The tour price we quote is the tour price — the fee simply covers international card processing, and we show it separately so there are no surprises.

Security & Compliance

All payments go through our corporate business accounts — never personal accounts.
Every booking is backed by a formal Tour Contract and official receipts, compliant with Chinese tourism laws.
Online pages use TLS 1.3 encryption and payment processing is PCI‑DSS compliant — we do not store your card details.
Cross‑border RMB and foreign currency settlements are fully compliant with SAFE (State Administration of Foreign Exchange) regulations.

Refund Execution & Security

Refund channel — we refund via your original payment method: Stripe back to the same card, wire transfer back to the same account, Alipay/WeChat back to the same wallet.
Deductions — if the cancellation is client‑initiated, gateway fees (e.g. 5% Stripe) are non‑refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
Processing time — refunds are initiated within 7 business days after we receive your written cancellation request.

The cancellation refund scale (100% / 75% / 50% / 0%) is published on our Terms of Service page.

Client Confidentiality

What we hold — booking details, passport copies (as legally required by hotels and local authorities), payment records, and trip correspondence.
Who sees it — only our team members and the verified suppliers directly serving your booking: hotels, licensed drivers and guides.
What never happens — no selling of data, no sharing for marketing, no handling of your money through personal accounts. Confidentiality is contractual, not a courtesy.
